CNC (COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL) MACHINIST
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $29.50 hourly – 40 hours per week + Benefits
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time
Employment Conditions: Weekend, Overtime as needed
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Computer numerical control (CNC) machines
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Work Setting: General manufacturing; Building construction materials
Skills: Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports; Set up and adjust production machineries/tools; Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces; Set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools; Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots; Hard hat; Safety glasses/goggles; Gloves
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence
